How Does It Work?

Quite simple.

We will discuss the venue and what is required.
The photographer will attend and take the photographs. The equipment and technology involved in this process is highly advanced. No longer are a series of photographs required in each room which are later stitched together.

We take your tours, produce your tours, host these and provide a link to the estate agents web site.
When a prospective purchaser clicks on your property on the estate agents web site he will see an icon indicating a Virtual Tour. Click on this icon and the tour will be visible with a drop-down menu for the different rooms and outside areas.
We can also provide hot spots for a virtual walk through of the property. Click on the hot spot on a door, stair or window for example, to take you to the tour on the other side of that door etc.
We can add text and sound if you wish.

The Equipment

The One Click Panoramic Optic is a specially designed camera panorama lens attachment, with an exclusive optical reflector that captures an entire 360-degree panoramic virtual tour with a single shot (no more stitching of multiple photos!). An entire panorama is captured with one photo. In fact, the Optic has the highest field of view of any one-shot virtual tour lens system on the market. The fast and easy way to take one shot virtual tours and panoramas!

Because we host your tour ourselves, web sites operate exactly as now and require no alterations or additions, apart from a simple link to your new virtual tour. This also means web sites are not slowed down because no large new files are added to it.
