Compared to a ground level photo the property will convey a true and detailed perspective of the property prior to viewing. Aerial Photography - The Technology and equipment
The technology used to achieve these unique photos is highly advanced, giving top quality results and can be set up in less than 15 minutes.
A camera is elevated up to 50ft using a pneumatic telescopic mast. Once elevated the operator has full remote control of the camera's rotation, tilt and zoom whilst being able to instantly view the image from the ground on a laptop computer for precise picture composition before the picture is taken.
The final image is downloaded immediately using special software. The process is simple and is usually carried out in three distinct steps:
- We discuss the venue, the type of photos required and arrange a place to meet over the phone
- Once on site, we erect the mast and take a series of photos from various heights and angles
- The digital photos are then immediately burned to CD on site and given to you
